If anyone knows how to feed a mess of hungry kids, it's Ree Drummond. She's raised 4 kids on her ranch and managed to find continual inspiration for combating the dreaded food burnout. For that we are grateful, because she's saved us from sending our little ones to school with the same sandwich all year long. Take a look at some of our favorites.

Need a way to get the kids more excited about lunchtime? Make it extra fancy. Ree's kid-friendly take on sushi reimagines the classic lunch sandwich into something infinitely more fun.

Crunchy Parmesan croutons are the perfect kid-approved accompaniment to classic tomato soup. Plus, this recipe feeds a crowd, so you can freeze any leftovers and have it on hand whenever the mood strikes.

An oldie, but goodie, Ree's version of chicken nuggets take only 25 minutes to get on the table. Bonus: You can feel good serving up this five-star recipe because you know exactly what's going into it.

The best way to spice up pasta salad is all in the pasta choice. She goes for a small, fun shape like radiatore, which keeps kids interested, but all those waves in the pasta hold in the dressing, which means lots of flavor.

Ree's version of breakfast on-the-go beats out the standard handful of cereal the kids grab as they're running out the door.

Apples and peanut butter isn't exactly revolutionary, but Ree makes this breakfast or snack combo pop with a little bit of granola and cinnamon sugar. Get the kids involved assembling the layers of these stacks.
