Gaby Dalkin is a food and lifestyle writer, cookbook author and private chef based in Los Angeles. Her food blog, What's Gaby Cooking, is a bright and lively destination that is as aspirational as it is accessible. With content that spans her penchant for an easy cocktail, detailed party menus and travel escapades, Gaby has been featured by Food Network, Wired Magazine, Buzzfeed, Cosmopolitan, the Los Angeles Times and Vanity Fair. Every Friday at noon PST, she produces and hosts a cooking show on her Snapchat channel. She is currently working on her second book, and splits her time between Los Angeles and Seattle.
